For 3CX mode the chat transcript is not available in the form of email at the moment. You can get the full chat conversation via the 3CX Management Console > Chat Logs.
Chat transcript is something that we are considering for review in our list of backlog features.

This is something that cannot happen. It is not just chatting part, on 3CX mode, we support also phone/video call.

This is not possible with the Standalone – No 3CX mode.Although you are able to configure your installation in 3CX mode and access this feature and many other as well through our PBX.
