I don’t think the issue is due to wordpress 6.9

on this demo site there is the same wordpress version and it works correcty.
check “salon – settings – style” and make sure you didn’t disabled JS and CSS

check the available space on your server, anyway delete the plugin and install it from scratch, no data will be lost.
check if with the 10.30.6 version the issue persists

make sure you have the 10.30.4 version installed, then go to “settings – booking rules” and click “Update settings”. This should fix the issue.
Also, make sure you are not caching the booking page with a caching plugin or at server level.

“salon customer” role has the same priviledges of “Subscriber” role.
