Manual access (by humans) or other things that I don’t want to name in public cannot be prevented. After all, you ultimately want humans to be able to see the e-mail address. * Just for your information: I use the encoder to hide entire contact forms from bots, which is 99.9% successful. But at least on one website, a SPAM message still comes through this form. Which is only possible if the form is displayed by a browser that uses Javascript … This may be the case for you. You may be able to use explicit logging to find out where the access is coming from and then, for example, take further measures with a geo-blocker.
