There is indeed issues with the markup, we’ll have a look to see if it can be resolved.
We will keep in mind your feature requests for future releases of the plugin, thank you.
In that case, the solution is to disable lazyload for pages with this slider, unfortunately.
We don’t have control over that, it depends on the positioning of the slides, when they come into the viewport (even if they are hidden, as with this slider) and on the IntersectionObserver API.
Hi,
This might be caused by a conflict with the Pin button for Pinterest on each images. Do you still notice the issue when the Pin button is disabled?
Hi,
No we don’t modify it.
Hi,
Currently it doesn’t seem the plugin is enabled for your website. The issue could be resolved with an exclusion, but we need to see it to make sure what’s the exact solution.
Hi,
These images should have an empty alt attribute since the last version of the plugin
Hi,
Indeed it does. You can see the browsers support for it here: https://caniuse.com/#feat=intersectionobserver
Hi,
Do you have an example of the HTML formatting resulting of both ShortPixel and lazyload applied?
Our plugin supports picture elements, but it might be an issue with priority of the HTML modification both our plugin and ShortPixel do.
Hi,
Most of the time, sliders and lazyloading don’t behave well together. The best thing to do is to exclude sliders images from lazyloading.
Hi,
This is the expected formatting for an image ready to be lazyloaded. Once it comes into view, it should be displayed.
The issue might be coming from something else, but visiting your site it doesn’t seem you have lazyloading enabled anymore.
Hi,
Did you correctly update all images URLs to use https?
Can you provide an URL where the issue is happening?
Hi,
Unfortunately there is nothing in the plugin to solve this. This is a display issue than needs to be fixed with custom CSS to adapt to your theme.
Hi,
No this is not a known issue, the plugin should work with WordPress default galleries.
What kind of issues did you have?
