see here is the SCREENT SHOT … the displayed smile icon image is normal (with < 100%) in the “toolbar” and “content”, only have problem in the “comment” box

ok, here is the screenshot
no matter how I edited the object width & height, the YouTube image always occupied 100% width of the screen.
