If you are hitting a black / blank page there are a few things to try: 1. Reset your permalinks (and try using “post name” by default). Switch to a default WordPress theme and deactivate any non-Charitable plugins, reset permalinks, and try again.3. It’s possible an error of some sort is blocking displaying the page. You should enable debugging (WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG in wp-content.php), repeat the process, and see if any errors appear in the log. Version 1.7.0.5 back in 2022 did have a bug related to updating. What I would recommend would be to manually update the plugin (and if you want to err on the side of caution do a backup first). There is a a newer version of lite. You can download the zip file and overwrite the current version by going to “Plugins” -> “Add Plugin” and uploading the zip file, which then WordPress should ask you if you want to override. Further action depends on the context – disabling these does not in any way change settings, alter previous donations or remove webhooks from Stripe and Paypal. If you want to cleanly remove all connections you might need to remove webhooks or disable IPN, etc. from Stripe and Paypal. * Hope this helps. I’m not sure i’m understanding the request as it relates to Charitable. If you are taking about Charitable, the Lite version in the WordPress repo is free (and handles offline payments so you can manually add donations or manually approve submitted payments). I would upgrade to the latest version, clear browser cache, and re-update the settings in the campaign (and also create a new campaign). Our best guess so far is that either you have a file missing or somehow your install isn’t loading a JavaScript file that is key to making the drag and drop work. * I would do a view source on the page you are getting an error and see if you are loading the drag-fields.js in the HTML (and confirm the file exists and has code). The JS error in your console seems to indicate that this isn’t being loaded. * If you can confirm it’s loading then we can try asking for additional information. I realize you are on a localhost with no public HTML. But if you want to provide the site details: you can copy and paste the information in Charitable’s Tools- >System Info into pastebin.com and share with us that link. We might see some clues in there. You can also try seeing if enabling/disabling WP_DEBUG has any effect (based on your report it looks like you have it on).
