EricHmm, that’s a tricky one! I haven’t tested what happens when you run these two plugins side by side, but I imagine that accessing the donation details will not work.
If you disable Seamless Donations, does everything work as expected? As far as I am aware, the Donations list under the Charitable menu tab should still just show Charitable’s donations — not those from Seamless Donations.

epstarr17’s solution is the best one available at this stage, though this is something that I want to improve in Charitable going forward. The challenge is that the point at which the columns stop being effective depends on the context of the theme, so it’s a tough one for us to set a baseline default for. But I have logged it as an issue on Github (click here to follow the issue) and will work on improving this in a future release.

It’s likely that the theme is doing something to affect the Javascript in the WordPress dashboard, so I would get in touch with them to find out if they can fix this issue on their end.

With Charitable, you can create suggested donation amounts and set the description to anything you want. So you could certainly create suggested donation amounts that mention a reward.
Another option is to use our Easy Digital Downloads integration, which would allow you to sell Easy Digital Downloads products alongside a Charitable campaign. This way, you can have digital products automatically delivered to people who purchase those items, while at the same time supporting your campaign.

Yes, you can display top donors using the Donors widget. The widget can be configured to only show donors to a particular campaign, or show donors to all campaigns.

It sounds like there might be a theme or plugin conflict.
To troubleshoot this issue, first try changing the theme to one of the default themes to see if the problem goes away.
If the problem persists, try disabling all plugins, then re-enable them until the problem reappears.
