You can change the content of emails from settings at UsersWP->Emails->User Emails and you can use the tags available there to insert dynamic data while sending an email like first name, last name, etc. You can use HTML content there or you can override email templates like WooCommerce to change or add HTML templates to the emails.

We already show social icons in the profile on the right side of the title which you can see on our demo site here https://demos.ayecode.io/userswp but if you want to show it somewhere else then you can try widget UWP > Button Group which will show all the social links of the user.

Can you please install and activate the Email Log plugin which will allow tracking emails sent by your website? If you see emails in the log then the problem can be with your SMTP server and you can reach your hosting provider to fix it.
