We did everything the same as you described, but version 3.2.6 works correctly from our side and Instant Approval is fully functional.

As a test i created a new calendar from scratch. For the theme, i only disabled notifications and enabled the instant approval as shown below. I also created a new form with no changes to the default layout. The calender made from this new theme and form has the same issue.

We made a booking with both authorized and unauthorized users, this does not affect the result, in both cases it worked correctly.

I did discover that the issue does not apply to users with the admin role. But it does apply to subscribers.

In our case, both versions worked correctly when switching.

Switching over to 3.2.3 again solves the issue for the newly created calendar without needing any changes. If i then create a new calendar in 3.2.3 and update back to 3.2.6 it stops working again for anyone except admins.

There was a bug with the layout, and we fixed it, but the layout part of the code cannot affect the Instant Approval functionality, but thanks for mentioning it.

I do not know if this could be related, but the default layout of the calendar does change between versions, see the other attached images.

We really don’t know what else can help with your problem. You can try one more thing. From the left admin menu, open our plugin main menu. Then go to the “Global Settings” page and click on the “Recreate database” button. It won’t delete old data, so you can try it too.

We don’t know if we understood you correctly because we used automatic translation, but we understand that you need to ensure that future calendar modifications do not overwrite existing data. Unfortunately, at the moment our plugin works this way and we can’t change the entire calendar structure.
