This is a local issue and it may be related to your site’s server, we can’t say for sure. It is a strange issue. But we can say one thing, we are sure that this is not the problem with our plugin. Also, you can tell your hosting provider about this, maybe they know something about this strange issue.

Yes, you can disable this option – “Show Form before select the days”. You can find it on the Booking calendar Themes page, General settings tab.
