If we understand correctly, you need to delete previous dates. There is an option that will allow you to do this. Go to the Booking Calendar Themes page and under the General Settings tab, scroll down and find the option “Delete previous dates”, then enable it.

You cannot delete previous dates manually, so you need to use this option.
