    Hello.

Sorry, I do not sure about that. It blocks loading only the Booking Calendar files. Please recheck with support of ‘CookieYes’ plugin, what is wrong. Recheck about any JavaScript errors.

    Kind Regards.

    Hello.

    You have this JavaScript error:

    Uncaught InternalError: too much recursion

        createElement https://cdn-cookieyes.com/client_data/5b4cec4dd26b4e228b5476e0/script.js:1

        createElement https://cdn-cookieyes.com/client_data/5b4cec4dd26b4e228b5476e0/script.js:1

        ....

I do not sure that it is relative to the Booking Calendar plugin, it seems that it’s relative to some other plugin. You need to contact to the support of that cache plugin about this issue and about how to resolve it.

This warning: “Warning! The booking calendar for this property is already…” is also because of the previous error, because it seems that your cache plugin duplicate some files recursively…

    Kind Regards.

Please force the error, and send link to this page.

    Hello.

Yes, you can do this at the WP Booking Calendar > Settings General page in “Advanced” section by enabling this option “Load JS and CSS files only on specific pages” and then specify relative URLs to the pages, where you need to load the Booking Calendar JS/CSS files.

    Kind Regards.

    Hello.

    1. You need to check it on your Cache plugin settings. Otherwise please recheck about how to do this with support of specific cache plugin.
    2. I was mean to test your booking form, while you activated the “defer option” in Jetpack Boost plugin. So if you have issue with booking form, I can test and check about the errors there.

    Kind Regards.

    Hello.

You need to clear all minimized JavaScript files and clear cache settings. After that try to enable that settings and test it.

If you still will have issue please send the link to the page with booking form, while you will enable that option and calendar is not visible, so I can test it.

    Kind Regards.

    Hello.
At your screenshot I can see that defer option is disabled. It should work.
Can you send screenshot of the settings that generate the issue?

And send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.

Currently Booking Calendar supports only simple text captcha.

    Hello.

    1. Currently in the Booking Calendar Free version, the shortcode similar to [only_dates] is not available. I will add improvements to this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of the plugin.
    2. In the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions you can use this shortcode [selected_dates_hint] in the booking form and after that use such shortcode in the emails, to show only dates without the time slots.

    Kind Regards.

    Hello.

If you asking about the shortcode, that you use in the emails at the WP Booking Calendar > Settings > Emails page, then instead of the [dates] shortcode you can use these shortcodes:

[check_in_only_date] – inserting check-in date (only date without time) (first day of reservation),

[check_out_only_date] – inserting check-out date (only date without time) (last day of reservation).

    Kind Regards.

    Hello.

Also, I would like to know if it is possible to customize the email with the first name, so dear [name], or won’t that work?

yes it is possible. At the Booking > Settings > Emails page use the shortcode with the same name, which you was configured at the WP Booking Calendar > Settings > Booking Form page.
For example if at the WP Booking Calendar > Settings > Booking Form page you Use the shortcode with name “firstname” then in the emails use [firstname] shortcode.

    Hello.

In actual versions of Booking Calendar is not possible to customize the structure or Confirmation Window. Such feature exist in our todo list and will be available in future updates.
curently it is possible only to configure top message above the confirmation window. You can do this at the WP Booking Calendar > Settings General page in “Booking Confirmation” section.
In paid versions of the Booking Calendar you can configure the [content] shortcode at the “Content of booking fields data” form on WP Booking Calendar > Settings > Booking Form page. But such configuration also will apply how the booking data will be showing at the Booking Booking Listing page and in some other places.

    Hope update will come soon.
    Kind Regards.

    Hello.
Firstly please note, this forum is only about the support of Booking Calendar Free version. If you will have any questions about the paid version, then contact here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/contact/

Please check answers to your questions bellow:

    1. Relative restaurant reservations.
You can define different booking form fields at the WP Booking Calendar > Settings > Booking Form page. You can have there number of visitors for the booking, as well.
1.1. Probably you need to make the bookings for specific time. Bookings for specific time-slots possible even in the Booking Calendar Free version. Such bookings for specific times are limited to specific restricted time slots, which you can define at the Settings > Booking Form page. When a booking is made for a specific time slot, that slot becomes unavailable for other visitors on the selected date in the current calendar.

1.2. But in case if you need to have only one calendar and at this calendar show as available specific date(s) or times until number of bookings reached the maximum capacity of your restaurant ( It can be number of tables), then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version. In the Booking Calendar Business Large version, you can set capacities for your booking resources either for the entire day or for specific times within a day. This means you can control the number of bookings allowed for each day or for specific time slots. Learn more about this feature https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
For example, you could specify that your booking resource can accommodate up to 10 bookings per day in a specific calendar. Alternatively, if you use time fields in the booking form, each time slot can accommodate up to 10 bookings per day. This flexibility allows you to manage bookings effectively, whether they are for full days or specific times. Explore this feature in the live demo https://bl.wpbookingcalendar.com/
For detailed instructions on configuring capacity and availability for booking resources and to watch a video about this feature, refer to this article https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/capacity-concept/
    2. Please check point #1.2 where explained about the capacity for the calendar and number of bookings.
    3. Users who made the bookings at your website, received the email notification about the booking and in the content of such emails can be “secret” links for editing own booking or cancel own bookings. Such feature available in all paid versions. Please check this FAQ instruction how to configure ability to edit or cancel own booking(s) of visitor, who made these booking(s) or support sending of payment requests: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/configure-editing-cancel-payment-bookings-for-visitors/
    4. Unfortunately, Booking Calendar does not support phone notifications and phone reminders, yet. Sorry. I was not try to use the WP SMS. You need to check with support of this WP SMS, is they fully support the WP Booking Calendar ( https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ ). Please check what support we are providing here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/what-support-do-you-provide/

Also please note, email reminders supported via our other plugin – “Email Reminders”, which have native integration with latest versions of Booking Calendar plugin. Please check more here https://oplugins.com/plugins/email-reminders/
But currently we do not provide support or help with configuration with
“Email Reminders” plugin. Thank you for understanding.

    Kind Regards.
