Yes, it’s seems that the reason of the issue in CDN and not loading of the JS files of plugin at the header.Please recheck for any cache plugins. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with a booking form for do not cache this page(s).

You can add the time slots at the Booking > Settings > Form page in the free version. Please select the time slots at the top toolbar and then configure them and add to the booking form.

It’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. The ability to show the selected dates or some other options in the booking form, possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
You need to use this specific hint shortcode in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page to show the dates or total booking cost in real time depending from the selection of dates and some other options in booking form.

Unfortunately, the Booking Calendar does not support integration with WooCommerce plugin. Sorry.
The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL via Sisow and iPay88 payment gateways integration (also plugin support showing text info for payment by cash and bank transfer – its only show text info but does not connect to any bank system), other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.

I can suggest to recheck the settings of the LiteSpeed Cache plugin about ability to add exception to the page(s) with booking form to not cache only the page with calendar and booking form.
If you can not find such settings, please contact support of LiteSpeed Cache plugin about such settings and how to configure it.

It’s seems like a cache issue.
Please recheck for any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with a booking form for do not cache this page(s).
Otherwise please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation. If it does not help, please deactivate all your plugins and activate the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. We just need to find the reason for this issue.

- If you need to make a specific number of bookings per day, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where it is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). In this version it is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in the calendar will be available until the number of reservations is less than capacity of the booking resource. But it’s possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slot (time slots in this version are only saved as data into the database, but do not apply to availability logic).

3) It’s does not possible to block the user from ability to make a booking at your website.
4) You can set how many dates to set as unavailable starting from today date in calendar at the Booking > Settings General page in “Availability” section.
5) Attachments in the emails from Booking Calendar is not supported. sorry.
6) Booking is created before payment process in any case. You need to activate the auto “approve / cancel bookings” option at the Booking > Settings > Payment page in Stripe or PayPal section.
Please note, if you are using the PayPal standard integration and your visitors is made the payment for the booking, but do not click on the “return link” on PayPal site to your site, so Booking Calendar does not know that the payment is successful, and this booking will not have successfully paid status.
Stripe has to auto redirect to booking page automatically.
So sometimes it’s possible that the successfully paid bookings will not have this status.
Ideally (for PayPal) you will need to activate and correctly configure the PayPal IPN system, at the Booking > Settings > Payment page and in the PayPal account. So in this case the PayPal has to send the messages directly to your booking system.
7) Configure unavailable dates at the Booking > Availability page.
8) It’s possible to set the different duration of days selection depending from week days or seasons during a year in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Please check more here
