 * Hello.
    1. If you have added the “Booking Calendar Widget” in the Elementor, then please
       remove it.
    2. Add the **shortcode block** in Elementor.
    3. Then insert shortcode like this: **[booking]**
       Or check more about configuration
       of shortcodes here [https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-form/](https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-form/)
    4. Save changes and publish the page.
    5. Open the page at front-end side to test it. Calendar must be visible at front-
       end side after publishing the page.
 * Please check more here [https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/](https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/)

 * Hello.
 * It is seems like a conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
 * Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress
   > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
 * If it does not help, please deactivate all your plugins and activate the default
   WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
 * We just need to find the reason for this issue.
 * Kind Regards.

 * You can search for the previous bookings at the Booking Listing page.
 * Just select “Previous dates” option at the Filter toolbar, and you can see all
   bookings that has been made previously. Please recheck about any other parameters
   in the Filter toolbar that can apply to your booking listing.

 * Hello.
    1. Please make test booking and then check about the emails.
       Otherwise Not sending
       emails, can depend on the different items. Please check this troubleshooting
       instruction: [https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/](https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/)
 * **Shot summary.**
 * Firstly you need to check that you have activated and configured the email templates
   at the Booking > Settings > Emails page:
    - option “**Enable / Disable**” at the specific email templates at the Booking
      > Settings > Emails page, must be checked
    - – also “**From**” field at the specific email template must to have the same
      website DNS as your website.
 * **But in most situations you will need to install and configure some SMTP plugin.**
 * We can recommend to install and configure this WP Mail plugin: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/)
 * but you can search and install any other SMTP plugin: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/smtp/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/smtp/)
 * **Why do you need to have an SMTP plugin?**
 * SMTP plugins have to fix your email deliverability by reconfiguring WordPress
   to use a proper SMTP provider when sending emails.
 * This is a problem for a lot of WordPress sites because by default, WordPress
   uses the PHP mail function to send emails generated by WordPress.
 * The issue is that most WordPress hosting companies don’t have their servers properly
   configured for sending PHP emails.
 * The combination of two causes your WordPress emails to not get delivered.
 * **It also can be a reason why your emails are marked as spam.**
 * Please check more here [https://wpmailsmtp.com/wordpress-emails-going-to-spam/](https://wpmailsmtp.com/wordpress-emails-going-to-spam/)
 * 2) Relative import of events from the Google Calendar. System start import process,
   when someone visit your website, at the front-end side.
 * Otherwise please recheck your configuration relative to the FAQ instruction [https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/](https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/)
 * Kind Regards.

 * Hello.
 * It’s possible only in case, if you will start import bookings via .ics feeds.
 * Also you need to set for this option “Trash / delete all imported bookings before
   new import” value as “Permanently delete”. To move all previously imported bookings
   to trash or permanently delete before new import bookings. Its can resolve issue
   of updating deleted and edited events in external sources. Its work only, if
   you are using one source (.ics feed) for importing into specific booking resource!
 * Relative import via .ics feeds.
 * Please read more about this feature here: [https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/#sync](https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/#sync)
 * Import.
 * Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this
   FAQ instruction here [https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/](https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/)
 * Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is
   open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON
   at your server, for periodically accessing this page with booking import shortcode
   to start the import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking
   form shortcode, so firstly the system will start the import process and only
   then show the booking form, when someone visits your page.
 * **In case if you are having some issue of not ability to import new events, then
   check this troubleshooting instruction: [https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ics-importing-issue/](https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ics-importing-issue/)**
 * You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .
   ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals,
   then check this: [https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/](https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/)
 * Export.
 * Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction

 * If you asking if it’s possible to sync Booking Calendar with another sources,

   for specific date(s) will exist in the Google calendar, then such dates will
   become unavailable in the Booking Calendar.

 * If you need to remove any booking data (in “Title” and “Description” fields)
   in your exporting .ics feed, then you can activate this option “**Remove booking
   details in exported .ics feed**” at the Booking Manager plugin at menu “oPlugins
   Panel” > General Settings page. In this case, **system will export only booked
   dates into the .ics feed without any additional details**. this option available
