Unfortunately it’s does not possible in actual versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry.
We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented.

By default it’s does not possible in the Booking Calendar to show “upsell” products with own availability.
Basically such products can be separate booking resources (calendars) in the paid versions of Booking Calendar. But Booking Calendar does not have “relation” between such booking resources “bikes and helmets”. So it’s will be separate calendars with own availability.

Booking Calendar support only standard WordPress roles (Administrator, Editor, Subscriber, Author).You can define the minimum user role for accessing to Booking Calendar menu pages in admin panel at the Booking > Settings General page in “Plugin Menu” section.

You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services – unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. 1) Yes, correct. You will be need to block all time slots.
2) Otherwise you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Medium version. It’s possible to set as unavailable specific days during specific seasons or weekdays in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.

In the Booking Calendar Free version it’s also possible to make blank bookings at the Booking > Add booking page.In premium versions it’s more easy todo.

You can make the blank booking for such date(s) at the Booking > Add booking page, to set such date(s) as unavailable.In the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions you can use “Auto fill” button at the top toolbar in the Booking > Add booking page to make the fast blank booking in 3 mouse clicks.
If you need to set different available dates for the different seasons, then it’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.

Please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.

Also. Please recheck for any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

Please open the General Booking Settings page and in the “Advanced section”, please be sure that you have not activated this option: “Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):”. This option must be unchecked.

If you approve the booking, the only the time of this booking (like from 15.00 pm to 16.00 pm) become unavailable.
For making unavailable entire day, you need to make booking for entire day and approve this booking.

Yes, it’s possible, until you do not approve some booking.Please open the Booking > Settings General page in “Advanced” section and Activate this option: “ Use pending days as available”.
