Sorry, but it’s does not have sense to have some digits at the end of URL. In Airbnb it’s hash for identification of the URL in the Booking Calendar such ics feeds generated in real time and during each requests of the url you are get latest bookings in that ics feed. The URL of this ics feed can be co figured at the Booking > Settings > Sync > “Export – .ics” page.Probably that company means something different in the content of the ics feed but we need to have more info what exactly is required for ability to solve it.

1) If you need to make a specific number of bookings per day, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where it is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). In this version it is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in the calendar will be available until the number of reservations is less than capacity of the booking resource. But it’s possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slot (time slots in this version are only saved as data into the database, but do not apply to availability logic).

You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services – unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. Booking Calendar plugin is supporting
– import of events via .ics feeds from Google Calendar ( or Airbnb or any other calendar that support .ics format, like iCal application)
– and export bookings to .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).

Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.Please read the Booking Calendar version overview here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/

The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is ‘sending emails via php’ option and it can resolve that issue.

It’s seems that you have inserted the booking form several times. One time into the content of the page and another time in sidebar. Because of that the calendar at the sidebar is not showing. But your website is showing at mobile devices only sidebar.Please be sure to insert the booking form only once. You can add it into the content of the page or you can add into the sidebar but not both Together at one visible page.

In the premium version of Booking Calendar possible to change the title of send button, as well.
1) If you are using the “Simple Booking Form” configuration (activated the option “Simple Booking Form” at the Booking > Settings General page in form section), then it’s possible to change the title of send button in update 8.8.1 or newer.
You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/2) Otherwise you need to deactivate the using “Simple Booking Form” configuration, and then configure the send button via shortcodes at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
For example:

Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
