No, it’s will not prevent.
You can define only, when the link will expire. Also you can see when specific file will be downloaded and from what IP address. You will receive emails about this.

If it does not possible to use solution from my previous comment (where you can define timeslots for the Tuesday that exclude time from 19:00 to 21:00) then the only way to block such times it’s to make the blank bookings for each Tuesday from 19:00 to 21:00.
There are no other way to block it.

It’s possible to have the different times selection for the different days in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.

You have incorrectly configured the time slots at the Booking > Settings > Form page.For example instead of values for the time slot like “11:00 – 11:00” you need to define as “11:00 – 12:00”.
Please fix this for all your time slots at the Booking > Settings > Form page.

Unfortunately, if you need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same time slot at the same date in SAME CALENDAR, it is NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. Please check my suggestion below.
A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific time slot, this time slot becomes unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in the current specific calendar.
In lower versions of Booking Calendar it is possible to make bookings only for restricted timeslots.
You can configure the time slots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the “shortcode generator” on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one”timerange” (timeslots) or “start time” and”end time” selections or”starttime” and “duration”of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.
B) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per day, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where it is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less than capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation). Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in the Booking Calendar Business Large version for each of your times and then have the independent calendar for each of your time slots for the reservation. It means that your visitors firstly need to select the times in the select box, where all your options will be listed.
And only after that select the date and fill the booking form. It can look like this: http://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource-2/

I have set the “Prague” timezone, and set the “Czech” language,
then made the same booking for 30 of May from 16:00 to 18:00 and I have correctly showing booking in the timeline.Probably it’s because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If it does not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason for this issue.Kind Regards.

Try to deactivate this option “ Use localized time format”, at the Booking > Settings General page in Booking Admin panel section. This option useful only, if you have issue with translation of time format. If you activated this option, at some servers possible issue with “Daylight Saving Time” – booked times can be later on 1 hour.Forum: Plugins

Currently this field is required in all situations. Because email required for identifications of the bookings, for example during import/export ics feeds.
We will add improving of this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.In the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions you can use “Auto fill” button at the top toolbar in the Booking > Add booking page to make the fast blank booking in 3 mouse clicks.
