Please disable all other plugins and test with a different theme. Also, make sure the login and registration pages are not customized using any page builder or custom code.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. Based on what you’ve shared, it appears the issue is coming from the theme side. The theme doesn’t seem to be updated to stay compatible with recent Kirki changes, which is why the error surfaced after updating to 5.2.0.
We recommend reaching out to the original theme developer to update the Kirki implementation. If you have WordPress theme development experience, you can also update the theme yourself by following our latest documentation.
Once the theme is aligned with the current Kirki standards, you should be able to test again safely with the updated plugin.
