Hello @dpkamanoharan
Based on what you’ve described, it seems the issue is more closely related to how Rank Math handles dynamic or dashboard-based content.
We recommend reaching out to the Rank Math support team with this information. They’ll be better equipped to assist you with how their plugin handles metadata and schema on such dynamic pages.`
Hello,
To resolve the issue with blank cart and checkout pages when using WooCommerce with Guest Mode enabled in Tutor LMS, please follow these steps:
1/ Update Tutor LMS and WooCommerce Settings: Make sure both Tutor LMS and WooCommerce are updated to their latest versions. Then, review and apply the correct settings as shown in the screenshot below.
https://prnt.sc/kiTAxsCATTPv
https://prnt.sc/noDmXPq2ONUO2/ Create Cart and Checkout Pages Manually (if not already created):
Go to Pages → Add New and create a page titled Cart. Add this shortcode to the page: [woocommerce_cart]
Create another page titled Checkout. Add this shortcode: [woocommerce_checkout]Publish both pages.
Assign the Pages in WooCommerce Settings:
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced.
Set the Cart Page and Checkout Page to the ones you just created.
Save the changes.
This should resolve the blank cart and checkout issue and allow users to add courses to the cart without registering first.

Hello @conorbradleydigitalagency
Based on your description, the issue seems to be related to your current theme’s pagination handling. Since you’ve already tested by disabling plugins, the next step would be to switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four and check if the pagination works correctly there.
Hi @katieeula,
Thanks for posting here!
To solve the issue please try the following steps:
1. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks, and simply click “Save Changes” again to refresh the structure.
2. Clear your browser cache and any caching plugins you might be using.
Let me know if you need guidance on that!
Hello,
We recommend using the Loco Translate plugin to translate Tutor LMS. Manually adding translation files may cause them not to load properly, and your translations could be lost after an update. Loco Translate ensures that your translations are stored correctly and remain intact during updates.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out!
Yes, you can design the course details page using the Divi Builder. However, please note that creating a fully dynamic single course template using the Divi Theme Builder may have limitations due to how Tutor LMS handles dynamic content.
To guide you through the supported options and best practices, please refer to our official documentation here: Divi Integration with Tutor LMS
If you face any specific issues while using the Divi modules, feel free to share more details and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Yes, the option to allow guest checkout is available in the native eCommerce engine. Please check the screenshot below for more details on how to enable this feature.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out!
Regarding the issue with PayPal, it sounds like there might be a setting missing in your PayPal merchant account. Please ensure that your PayPal account is properly configured to handle the payment transactions and that the sandbox mode is turned off for live transactions. You may also want to review the PayPal settings in the plugin to ensure everything is set up correctly.
For the missing pages issue, we recommend updating the permalinks as per our documentation. You can find the steps https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/basic/permalink-settings/. This should resolve the issue with the order list page and the courses page not being available.
