@gioni – I apologize if my specific question wasn’t specific enough. I’d love to provide more info to help create a community in which others can find help as well. The second half of your response alludes to perhaps a third option, it could be a plugin conflict? I sure appreciate that info! Is there a list of known conflicts or recommended plugins to use? We use User Role Editor Pro and Avada for our theme.
I’m not sure why this is marked resolved – this is not resolved. @gioni, I have done both of these things, and followed troubleshooting steps on the wpcerber site already. Thanks for any additional help you can provide.
I’m having issues as well. Certain users messages aren’t saved all of a sudden.
