in that case please keep WooCommerce and food store plugin activate. Make rest of the plugin disabled and see if that works. We are sure that any external plugin or theme you are using is doing some kind of conflict.

By checking your site it seems there is some js that is affecting the modal. Could you please try to switch to any default theme and check if it’s working or not? Also, you can try to deactivate other plugins one by one and check if that works for you.

Yes in the class-wfs-shipping.php the plugin is checking for local pickup shipping method. If it’s enabled and you select pickup as service then it would make shipping cost free.

Actually, food Store is a completely free plugin that is totally dependent on WooCommerce.
For a few extended features, some addons of Food store are paid.
