The plugin uses site url for licence generation. So if in case if you move your site from one server to another that would not affect the license.

Thanks for using our plugin. Right now there is no such option available from the free version or from the essential extension where you can sort the addon items. But yes we are working on it and once this new version would be available you can easily manage the order of add-ons.
