We could not check your website as that is on maintainance mode. But you can check the similar functionality on our free demo site, which only uses the WordPress Free Plugin.

We would recommend checking the timezone and the store timing properly as you have already mentioned that. We never really faced such an issue on our demo or while testing.

With Food Store plugin the UI of the variations has been changed that way to make it compact as well as nice looking inside the popup. As this is done using the WooCommerce hooks, this will also affect the single item page. This is not something to fix.

At Food Store > Services, you can set the modal option to auto, so that it won;t display the popup everytime to 1st time user. It just set the next available time for the current order.

IF the open timing is upcoming and the store is not opened yet, orders can still be placed. If the store is already closed for a day, orders can not be placed. This is the scenario given.
With “Store & Service” Hours premium addon you can have multiple service timings.

With our premium plugin “Time Based Menu”, you can set various menus at different periods of the day. But it is not possible to set pickup or delivery based on menu.
