If you want to have a site with both local products and Amazon products, best to make the Amazon links all “simple” which will go directly to the product at Amazon. And all carted products will be the local shop. The Pro version behaves the same.

Yes we use PHP SOAP and the Amazon API to get product information. It is in the faq and requirements etc. Almost all hosts support SOAP it certainly has no impact on your hosting price. Not sure what else we could do and your refund was issued the same day it was requested. Not sure how your host lack of SOAP support equates to a 1-star rating for the product. And of course, it was not even the product from ww.wp.xz.cn.

We have no outstanding tickets for you nor outstanding bugs. Let us know if you are still having any problems. Not sure what you mean by “new update to version 3 makes things even worse. We also do not have a tiered support system “VIP” support. We certainly are not perfect but our ticket average time is less than 24 hours well below industry norms.

Really? Your support ticket regarding you not having SOAP arrived at 08:11. Your response was within the hour. We refunded with no problem even though SOAP requirement (Amazon requirement). is clearly stated in “requirements”. SOAP server is no more expensive than any other server. Always use the support ticket to communicate any issues, they are tracked and monitored. Best wishes with your project.
