Hi @gabriellesiegel just to let you know that this has been fixed in the Custom Fields addon 2.5.4 just released. It requires WP User Manager 2.8.6 which has also been released, so please update that first.

Hi @gabriellesiegel just to let you know conditional logic support is now possible in the ACF addon 1.2 just released. It requires WP User Manager 2.8.6 which has also just been released, so please update that first.

You can remove the Nickname in other places.

To stop the nickname appearing in the profile and account, edit the Nickname custom field (Users > Custom Fields > Primary Fields > Nickname (edit)

Then in ‘Privacy’ tab set it hidden. In the ‘Permissions’ tab set profile editing to hidden.

As long as you haven’t turned on “Lock Access to wp-login.php” in Users > Settings > Login settings, access to that password reset flow should still work.
