Hi @epinefrin90 it sounds like you are also using the Registration Forms addon. If so, make sure that is updated first to the latest version (1.3.3).

Hey @allisonwoaddesigns as a short term fix, you can use the strong password setting in WP User Manager. Make sure you don’t have the ‘Disable Strong Passwords’ setting checked in Users > Settings > Profiles
