3.2.9 may resolve, but if not, we would need to know what “thirty party plugin” you’re using, so we can at least attempt to reproduce the issue.
We’ll test this suggestion, and if it passes will add to the next version.

If Mailpoet’s newsletters can be viewed by visitors to your web site, then yes. However, this hasn’t been specifically tested, so let us know when you try.
Are the Posts that don’t push to Buffer scheduled Posts in WordPress?
How are you publishing a Post – through the WordPress Admin interface, or using a third party plugin / application?

Existing ratings are displayed on comments when the comments form is closed. However, closing the comments form will prevent any additional reviews from being submitted, as a review is linked to the comment form.

Please ensure that:
1. You have authenticated the plugin with Buffer:
https://www.wpzinc.com/documentation/wordpress-to-buffer-pro/authentication-settings/2. You have enabled status updates on Publish and/or Update as necessary (WP to Buffer > Settings > Defaults > tick Publish and/or Update, and set the status text)
3. At least one social media profile is enabled (WP to Buffer > Settings > click Tab associated with social media account > tick Account Enabled)

You were refunded because the product doesn’t work for you. If you’d left a five star review and stated the same issues, you would have got the same outcome here.

The Pro version uses a non-blocking method for page generation, so will be more suitable in your case.
Whilst the plugin could generate 100,000 pages, you’d need to ensure your web hosting and WordPress site can then handle traffic to 100k pages.

Page Generator Pro added support for BeTheme and its Muffin Page Builder since 1.3.1 (December 5th, 2016), per our changelog:

We requested FTP details on May 14th, to be given the opportunity to install the latest version of Page Generator Pro on your test site to demonstrate full working functionality.
Given your reaction to this here, I’ve gone ahead and refunded you in full for a product that you’re clearly not happy with and won’t be using again.

Two reasons:
1. The Free version isn’t designed for 30k+ pages. Please consider the Pro version, where you can generate in smaller batches (and resume the existing generation). This will improve performance
2. If you’re generating 30k+ pages, every time you add/edit a Page in WordPress, the Page Attributes > Parent Page option is being populated by WordPress, and lists every single Page you’ve generated. This is a huge performance issue, not linked to the plugin but caused by the number of Pages you’ve generated. Again, please consider the Pro version, where you can generate Custom Post Types that don’t have a hierarchy.

INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE SQL commands are executed when adding, updating and deleting keywords.
These are performed via $wpdb, in a standard manner.
You are welcome to adjust your database settings to allow the above DML commands to be performed; note that these commands would be performed by WordPress for a lot of standard functionality, such as adding / editing / deleting Posts.
The current Free version is 3.2.7, with no 3.3.1 release.
If you are referring to the Pro version, please use the appropriate support email for that.
