* mod_pagespeed is still beta and had some nasty bugs.
* I would not use it until those bugs are fixed. Besides that, W3TC and mod_pagespeed
are 2 different worlds.
* Optimizing WP is not the same as optimizing Apache.
* If you run e.g. mod_deflate on your Apache there is no need to run mod_pagespeed.
If you know how to code (X)HTML correctly you don’t need it at all. If you knnow
how to build optimized sites (JS/CSS/Images) there is no need for mod_pagespeed.

* It’s our own server. So we have exclusive access.
* All other sites are working as they should. Does W3TC need a special PHP config
maybe?

* By the way, I just checked your readme. You could add my post about W3TC too,

* Last night I was googlin’ about the blank page error. I checked my log files
and there were some entries from the fcgid module.
* OS is Debian 5 (amd64)

* I have checked unsuccessful transfers, it is empty.
* I will check the error log from the apache tomorrow.

* I also have this blank page error sometimes.
By the way, is WP Cron still needed?
This WP Cron plugin is very old and afaik discontinued.

* Just yesterday I did change to self-hosted “CDN” and all worked fine.
* Until today, because I added another JS and that needs to get minified and combined,
too.
* After deploying the site is referencing to a file that does not exist on my ftp
server….
* Very strange.
