I’m not totally understand the situation.
Are you talking about Delegating CJT Block shortcode inside Page/Post title?
Do you mean Post Meta field when talking about Custom Header fields? I understand that you’ve a Theme using Post Metabox for displaying Post headers and you’re trying to delegate CJT Code block for those fields. Is that correct?

I don’t exactly know what do you mean.
Are you saying that CJT Code Block is appears in BOTH Header and Footer locations in the same time while it should be appear in only one location header/footer?
If yes, please deactivate all the other code blocks and let me know what happened.
The question regards the Shortcode is:
My partner was asking if you’re using Shortcode to delegate this Code Block . Code Block can either used by delegating the Shortcode or by either assigning to a page/post/etc… He trying to know if you’re assigned a Code Block to for example page X while you’re still using the Shortcode inside the page X content!! This would cause the Code Block to delegated twice.
You either use one of them. Either assigned to a page from assignment panel this cause to delegate Code Block is either Header/Footer, otherwise you might use the Shortcode inside the post without assigning the Code Block to the page! hope this is now cleared!

Sorry for the delay getting back to you as we were very busy working in the next release.
This is almost a modSecurity issue that we need to work on. Unfortunately we still didn’t work on modSecurity issues as its very generic and can be different from host to another! However we will consider this issue in the upcoming releases.
I will let you know once we got any new solution.

We have been very busy working in the new version.I believe that you might has a Plugin that makes a conflict!
Could you please disable all Plugins you’ve there and test only CJT.
You might also need to switch the Theme to any WordPress built0in theme.
Please let me know the result.

Are you sure that jQuery library is linked/loaded in the page you selected.
You can make sure by hovering the mouse over the “Templates Lookup” icon. You can find it in the Block Toolbox icons. Its the icon with <> inside. Under Javascript TAB click on WordPress user, scroll down until you find jQuery. Click ‘Link’ underneath jQuery. Test it.

There is any issue just fixed in Version 7.2.
We just released version 7.2 from few hours ago.
The issue is because latest WordPress releases start to use MYSQLI extension for connecting to database.
Please upgrade to latest version and let us know the result.

On another note for you both guys.
If you want to make sure that a specific JS/CSS is being loaded by WordPress, link it as template from Templates Lookup form.
Templates lookup form is pushing the scripts to the queue. You can link any WordPress built-in scripts from Templates Lookup form.
