@mrwiseowl Thanks for your suggestion. I tried it this morning but I’m still not getting the correct Reply-To mail headers.
At this point, I’m going to close the ticket. I’m leaving my current employer and my boss will take over this. He already said he may find a replacement plugin. So thanks everyone for all of your help.

Thanks for your reply. I tried headers without the quote and I’m still getting the Unexpected token E in JSON at position 0 error when I submit a Contact Form 7 form. I’m not sure if this is an issue with the WordPress site config or the plugin.
