Giving my admin credentials to somebody I don’t know isn’t really my favorite thing to do…
What about you posting the top three reasons why connections don’t work according to your experience? I’d try to investigate on those first myself.
Is there any logfile I could send to you?

I have exactly the same problem: the creative details don’t show up.
(However, I can’t manage to get the log file working, i.e. it doesn’t log anything. Although I checked the corresponding checkbox in the settings.)

same request here! I have custom post types for event pages where I don’t want to have comments by default. But I’d like to have Facebook Comments on my blog.
