And if you have a duplicate categories in back office, you can remove this line add_woocommerce_term_meta($term['term_id'], 'order',$category['sort_order']);
for other

ini_set('max_execution_time', 1800); for 30 minutes
before all in woocommerce-osc-import.php in plugin folder
nice, you can copie your DB in localhost and try :
osCommerce store URL: localhost
osCommerce Database Host: localhost
osCommerce Database User: yourName (default:root)
osCommerce Database Password: yourPassword (default:empty)
osCommerce Database Name: baseName
