I found who cause it.
It causes by the Avada theme’s “Critical CSS” function
I disable it and let the CSS & JS minification through the W3TC plugin fix the problem.
I try to manage some minify settings at W3TC Cache plugin
But seems still not fixed the problem(I clear the cache already)
But some pages works very well
(Include I try manage the minify settings before)
