Thanks for answer me.
I reinstalled the plugin but unfortunately the problem is still there. Have also been searching for this hook. But I didn’t write it and it doesn’t appear.
Some other suggestion?

Problem fixed! There was a small login plugin breacking MS and the toolbar down.
