Hi there.
Thanks for writing this. Sorry it has taken so long to get to you on this. Seems we did a bad job of checking the support thread.
So if I understand correctly – Someone makes a selection, it advances, then they click back for whatever reason.
If they click back, it should still have the previous option selected, this is why you would have to select another to advance. Here’s why….
If I am filling in a form and it advances, but then I decide I didn’t select the one I wanted on the last page, typically that individual is going to make a different selection. I don’t see why they would select the same one again to move forward.
I guess there could be a scenario where they are not sure if they read the question/option correctly and decided to go back to review then decided it was the right selection they made.
To make this possible, we would need to make it so that the back button triggered to clear the last answer. I’m not sure how prevalent this problem is though.
I’m going to mark this as resolved for now, but if more people report the same issue, we will surely look into a resolution to make sure it isn’t a common issue.
Again, sorry for the late response.

In reply to: [Multi Page Auto Advance for Gravity Forms] Ajax Causing issuesHey there, We got your email.
As we can check in the form there is field having ID 116.
That is causing the issues. It breaks the js when that field renders.
It seems like you created script for other form and you might added that in this form.
Just clearing javascript of field 116 will make form working.Thanks.
Awesome. Also just released a new update with options to hide next and previous. Check it out.

In reply to: [Multi Page Auto Advance for Gravity Forms] Only working on first pageHey there,
If on your gravity form page, if your any field have enabled this feature, it will enable auto advance for sure.
Other possibility is your site might have any js error? If it has that might cause conflict with our plugin.
If possible, share url of your site so we can check and give you best possible solution. Thanks,
David
