More info: I noticed today that all of the zionbuilder_run_[…] actions failed to run in the scheduled actions log, so I ran the action_scheduler/migration_hook action manually. I’d like to figure out why this is happening, not having this issue with anything else. It looks like the zionbuilder_run_update_callback tried to run 11 times on 9/1 and they all still say pending. I’ll probably run it once manually and cancel the other times, but obviously don’t want to have to do this.
You can mark this as resolved, I went into the admin and it was deactivated(!) so I activated and updated and it’s behaving as expected now.
Checking back in on this, perhaps my subject could’ve been better worded? Basically, the video (halfway down the home page) which was loading instantly before with this plugin, takes way too long to initially connect, and I listed the console error which has something to do with service workers. I noticed the change immediately after I updated the plugin. Please let me know if you’re monitoring these, I’m going away briefly, but I’ll have to use another solution if there’s no feedback on this issue. I appreciate that the plugin has been so stable and reliable in the past. I do feel bad about this unacceptable delay, though, most will leave before the video connects. Thanks again.

Thanks, Peter. I’d like to hear how anyone else is handling this, if they have sites that they’re testing new options with a small subset of people viewing.

This is becoming a really intrusive plugin, both with popups and site health messages. Not cool. GA 4 switch in almost a year isn’t a “critical issue,” for site health. I have weathered so many analytics changes, and this is NOT where this notice belongs. And the multiple upgrade popups in the admin feel super spammy. Sigh, time to find an alternative.
Sure, there’s a browser password though, that I don’t want to share here. I’m not sure the best way to deal with that, let me know if you have an idea. It’s just to view the site, but still. Thanks!
Hmmm, updated, now it appears, but formatting is different. It’s showing quote title cut off to the left of each quote, while, you can see how it was displaying on the live url:

animation has changed too, now it’s a slow slide to slide scroll, and titles are blue and cut off between words, appearing to the side of the quote. Glad I have a dev site. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
fyi, I wound up hiding that column with css. Nobody (users/viewers) could figure out why it was there, so I lost it.
And this is NOT resolved. All the basic troubleshooting steps have been done.

That’s pretty close to what’s happening once we hit the footer, so YES, I would love to be able to give it an id.
