同様の問題が起きております。
予約完了（自動承認）時に「受取人メールアドレス」へ2通、送信されています。
バージョン1.4.79で、動作確認したところ、予約受け付け後のメールは下記のように送信されているようです。
⇒ 予約した人 x 1通
⇒ 受取人メールアドレス x ２通
⇒ 管理者メールアドレス x ０
