If the plugin works, that would be awesome, but I download the plugin zip file and the only contents was the README.txt.

So what if you have to buy this Plugin, I am quite sure it cost money to the author to develop it for WordPress. It installs with no errors and does fix the problems with structured data errors.

The plugin does not impact any of the structured data errors. Does nothing at all, yet cost $6. Hopefully, it didn’t do any damage.
