I paid for the full version but there is no any response. Don’t buy it!!!

The Trial Version this post only works for 2 uploads. It then asks you for $19 to allow you to continue. I paid the $19 on Paypal but could not get the full version to ever work. I submitted many requests to resolve the problem, but never received a response. I am requesting a full refund from Paypal.
