This plugin connects to the Konga Logistics (KOS) API at my.kos.ng (production) and staging-my.kos.ng (sandbox). The service is required to provide the plugin’s core functionality: looking up Nigerian states and Local Government Areas, listing drop-off locations, calculating shipping rates, generating waybills, and tracking shipments.

The plugin sends the following data to the Konga Logistics API:

States, LGAs, and drop-off locations lookups — sent from the WordPress admin (settings, drop-off locations, shipping calculator pages) and cached for 12 hours. Each request includes your store’s Konga Logistics public/secret API keys in the request headers.
Shipping rate calculations — sent when an admin uses the in-plugin Shipping Calculator. The request includes the origin state/LGA, destination state/LGA, package weight, and shipment type.
Waybill creation — sent when a waybill is generated for a WooCommerce order (manually or via bulk action). The request includes the order’s receiver name, phone number, email, delivery address, state, LGA, package weight, declared value, and payment-on-delivery information.
Shipment tracking — sent when tracking status is requested for a previously generated waybill. The request includes the tracking number.

All requests authenticate using the API public key and secret key configured by the store admin under “Konga Logistics API Settings”.

Installation

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/konga-logistics-for-woocommerce directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
Navigate to the Konga Logistics menu in your WordPress admin to enter your API credentials and configure your settings.
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping to configure the Konga Logistics shipping method and rates.
