I need a truly DYNAMIC handling plugin that does some really simple, yet critical things: 1) The plugin needs to be able to accommodate many different handling rates, and this plugin does that. CHECK 2) The plugin needs to have a global setting where you can apply at the entire, or product level how handling is applied: either for the total of the # of specific product bought, or just applied once (ex: 2 cakes with $15 handling each would cost either $30 in handling, or $15 in handling). This does not allow for that. As it stands, this only calculates the initial instance a product is added to the cart. Any subsequent additions and the plugin doesn’t work. USELESS.
