Love the Meta tag Plugs.
It is easy to set title and description for each page.
If Title is not listed or updated on your site. Just add
<title><?php wp_title(); ?></title> to your header in the editor of your theme.

I used this plugin quite happily until an upgrade last week. It then caused a php error and the site wouldn’t work if activated.
