401 error authenticating sender domain
-
Hi,
I just signed up for MP Premium 5.15.0 (multi-license install) and MP Sending Service. The key is valid. My domain shows verified in MP. My Sender Domain shows authenticated in MP. All the MP DNS records have been setup on my server without error and all these show propagated when I check on whatsmydns.net. I whitelisted bridge.mailpoet.com in my email spam filter.
When I authenticate my sender domain in Word Press I get a 401 error.
My domain is emfneutralizer.com.au
My host checked everything on their end and said the connection problem is with MP. Here are some of my hosts comments:
“As we have coordinated in the back end, the error states that your emails need to be authenticated. Our way of authenticating your domain is to add the TXT records such as the SPF, DMARC and DKIM so that the email deliverability shows valid. Now, your email deliverability already shows as valid. That means, your emails are already authenticated with us. In this case, please contact mailpoet and reach out to them how to authenticate your emails with them. See below as reference of your domain that shows valid authentication with us. Hence, you need to have this authenticated with Mailpoet first since the email with us is already authenticated.”
Here are my MP DNS records:
CNAME mailpoet1._domainkey.emfneutralizer.com.au dkim1.sendingservice.net
CNAME mailpoet2._domainkey.emfneutralizer.com.au dkim2.sendingservice.net
TXT _mailpoet.emfneutralizer.com.au 8ae95b1cd16b2bad7f6288abea08e86d
TXT _dmarc.emfneutralizer.com.au v=DMARC1; p=none;
