    Hi,

    I just signed up for MP Premium 5.15.0 (multi-license install) and MP Sending Service. The key is valid. My domain shows verified in MP. My Sender Domain shows authenticated in MP. All the MP DNS records have been setup on my server without error and all these show propagated when I check on whatsmydns.net. I whitelisted bridge.mailpoet.com in my email spam filter.

    When I authenticate my sender domain in Word Press I get a 401 error.

    My domain is emfneutralizer.com.au

    My host checked everything on their end and said the connection problem is with MP. Here are some of my hosts comments:

    “As we have coordinated in the back end, the error states that your emails need to be authenticated. Our way of authenticating your domain is to add the TXT records such as the SPF, DMARC and DKIM so that the email deliverability shows valid. Now, your email deliverability already shows as valid. That means, your emails are already authenticated with us. In this case, please contact mailpoet and reach out to them how to authenticate your emails with them. See below as reference of your domain that shows valid authentication with us. Hence, you need to have this authenticated with Mailpoet first since the email with us is already authenticated.”

    Here are my MP DNS records:

    CNAME mailpoet1._domainkey.emfneutralizer.com.au dkim1.sendingservice.net

    CNAME mailpoet2._domainkey.emfneutralizer.com.au dkim2.sendingservice.net

    TXT _mailpoet.emfneutralizer.com.au 8ae95b1cd16b2bad7f6288abea08e86d

    TXT _dmarc.emfneutralizer.com.au v=DMARC1; p=none;

    My server information:

    Hosting Package: Crazy – Premium Hosting

    Server Name: cp-wc38

    cPanel Version: 110.0 (build 36)

    Apache Version: 2.4.62

    MySQL Version: 10.5.25-MariaDB-cll-lve-log

    Architecture: x86_64

    Operating System: linux

    Shared IP Address: 27.124.113.33

    Path to Sendmail: /usr/sbin/sendmail

    Path to Perl: /usr/bin/perl

    Perl Version:: 5.16.3

    Kernel Version: 3.10.0-962.3.2.lve1.5.85.el7.x86_64

    THANKS!

    Hello there, @richardkent001

    Thank you so much for reaching out and for sharing all the detailed information. I can imagine how frustrating it is to have everything correctly configured on your hosting side and still run into a 401 error when trying to authenticate your sending domain. You clearly put a lot of work into setting things up properly, and I understand why this situation feels confusing.

    I checked on my end, and I couldn’t find a MailPoet account that is linked to the website emfneutralizer.com.au. Since you mentioned that you are using the Premium plan and the MailPoet Sending Service, the best next step is to contact our premium support team directly so we can look into your account, run deeper checks, and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    You can reach us here: https://www.mailpoet.com/support/premium/

    Once you submit your request through that form, our premium team will be able to access your account details securely and investigate the 401 authentication issue more thoroughly.

    If you have any trouble accessing the support form or need anything else in the meantime, feel free to let me know.

    Hi Ojoma,

    My account is part of a multi-site install and not eligible for Premium Support. That’s okay. I’ll have to reconsider my options. Thanks for your response.
