Been using Total Upkeep as a backup tool for a few months now. I see it runs through a non-spammy notification email and luckily I have not had to test if it is actually working. Assuming it will. No reason to doubt it, fingers cross 😉
5/11/2026 update: still working! Luckily haven’t needed to use /restore a backup.
