After automatic upgrade to 1.15.9 styles are destroyed. For example check boxes and phone number field. Please fix it ASAP.

We are aware of this issue and it was already reported to our developers o fix this asap. As for now, the best way is to downgrade the Forminator plugin via FTP.
You can download the previous versions from the bottom of this page: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/forminator/advanced/
Later on, replace the Forminator core file via FTP in: /wp-content/plugins/forminator/ folder.
