I see that on your site, the call to /koko-analytics-collect.php returns a HTTP 500 error indicating that an error occurred. Do you have access to your PHP error log so that we can see exactly what went wrong?
Alternatively, please go to /wp-admin/options.php, locate the koko_analytics_use_custom_endpoint option and set its value to false
