Do you have the Defragmented Schema option enabled?

Yes. Defragmented Schema is enabled.
If I disable it, it works fine with no errors but I do not want to include 3 schemas (Newsarticle, Organization and breadcrumbList) on each post. A normal post must be Newsarticle (or article) with Organization and breadcrumbList included on it.

I debug the issue and found that it comes when you do not enable website schema. Either you enable website schema or we have fixed this issue in our github ticket ( https://github.com/ahmedkaludi/schema-and-structured-data-for-wp/issues/291 ). We will pushed an update soon.
I prefer to wait the fix. We do not want to enable “website” on all urls.

Sure, we will be pushing 1.8.5 by the end of the week and that issue will be resolved in that.
