1 event multiple reservation options

    Hello,

    First of all thank you for this great plugin. It really helps!

    I have a question about in organizing event or reservations for the event.

    I have an event that has multiple reservation options.
    You can buy the ticket for whole event (higher price) or just 1 day.
    Maximum number of participant is limited to 10.

    Is it possible to set that for every event there can be max 10 participants.
    So for instance if there is a 5 reservations for whole event, there can be 5 more for every other dates.
    I tried with different settings but everytime I get error that there is not enough places left.

    Hello,

    Just to confirm, you already tried the options “Total Spaces” and “Maximum Spaces Per Booking” in the Bookings/Registration metabox?

    Thank you for fast reply.
    OK to make it a bit more clear. We are organizing workshops and we offer:
    1. Full package (5 weekends of workshops)
    2. Workshop #1 only
    3. Workshop #2 only
    4. Worshop #3 only
    5. Worshop #4 only
    6. Worshop #5 only

    If I enter in “Total spaces” 10 seats, it counts all the seats. For instance if I enter 6 seats for Full package and 2 seats for Worshop #1 only and than 4 seats for Worshop #4 only, I get a message that there are no free seats available. Which is not correct. 6 seats are taken for all the worshops but there are 4 left if someone wants to join just 1 worshop.

    If I enter in “Maximum spaces per booking” 10, than it doesn’t count correctly since there are already 6 seats taken for all workshop and there are only 4 left for all the other ones.

    Hope its a bit more clear.

    with regards to “Total Spaces” – the individual ticket spaces will not be available if the total spaces limit is reached.

    “Maximum Spaces Per Booking” on the other hand works like a booking limit meaning if you set it to “2” and check on the frontend it should only allow users to book 2 spaces only
