1 flash gallery issue

    Hello, A client asked me to include a gallery in his site, I started off coding one from scratch(with javascript) but later decided to check one out that was already made(in flash to work on older browsers), 1 flahs gallery looks awesome, but I can’t get my photos uploaded to it, after upload the thumbnails don’t show, all I see is this:

    next to the image error icon…

    I have been trying to make this work for most of the day today, I could really use some help.
